Transduco Pavilion (TM)

The Concept

The Transduco Pavilion is a community stand for technology suppliers organised by Transduco at selected major industry trade shows and offers companies a cost-effective opportunity to exhibit with a minimum of effort. Exhibitors are invited by Transduco to share the stand and display  their solutions at their own demo-point with their own personnel at the stand. The costs of the complete stand are shared betweenthe co-exhibitors wh ich brings the costs per co-exhibitor down to a fraction of the cost of an own stand. Thus, the Transduco Pavilion provides a low-cost, low-effort and low-risk platform to e stablish and deepen business contacts and, due to the low cost and low effort involved, it provides the opportunity for our clients to use the resources for additional events they might want to participate in. 

Transduco´s start-to-finish service offer:

•  Provision of rental space for the stand
•  Complete stand services:
    o  Design and construction of the stand
    o  Production of the co-exhibitor´s personal advertising display panels and 
        integration into the community stand
    o  Assembling and dismantling of the stand
    o  Catering service
    o  Stand cleaning
    o  Exhibitor entry passes
    o  Entry in the official exhibition catalog
    o  Internet link to the official exhibition web site
•  Additional services (optional)
    o  Appointment and meeting coordination with customers, business partners etc.
    o  Mailing of invitations to visit the stand
